autoshift update, testers are welcome
I committed some autoshift modifications into trunk. So please checkout, compile and report. Smile

Changes:
- autoshift now uses the first gear too
- manual downshift into neutral, reverse works
- downshift target rpm is 0.75*redline(rpm after downshift is going to be 0.75*redline)
