Thanks a lot, adam and portets!

If autoshift is set first gear is engaged. Will happen if you start/resume the game.

If engine rpm is lower than clutch(driveshaft/wheels) rpm at gear shift, clutch is kept disengaged and throttle opened. The gear shift is delayed until engine rpm matches clutch rpm.

Will fix asap.
