I checked this change into the SVN trunk.

thelusiv: you forgot to change the #include <gl.h> and #include <glu.h> to #include <glew.h> in pch.h. Also, GLEW needs to be initialized in graphics.cpp... so GLEW wasn't actually getting used. I made the necessary changes and checked 'em into R1919. MADBAD, if you're compiling from SVN, try updating and recompiling. I think you shouldn't have any problems now.
