Our tire model uses the pacejka formula. For more info, see:

This system is extremely detailed, but unfortunately difficult to tweak (you've got a few dozen coefficients to adjust). I'll give you a shortcut, though: to have cars spin out less, increase the b2 value in the tire-rear section of the .car file.
