mealejan: Try these things: turn off the HUD in the game, set the video to the lowest resolution on 16 bit color. Now turn the texture detail down to Low. Try playing like this. You'll have to listen to shift and you'll have no idea what your lap times are, but I think you'll see better performance with the HUD off. I have a GF4 MX440SE, I think that's the DDR version of your card, and I get about 10-15 fps doing the things I describe above. The rest of your system is probably fine, though not the fastest, you should have plenty of RAM and processor power to handle the game.
