The suspension geometries are set up such that you get oversteer on acceleration and understeer on braking (I'm talking just about suspension effects here, which will be in addition to the oversteer that occurs when you're spinning the wheels on a RWD car). I believe this is how most performance suspensions geometries are set up (the cars you buy from the dealership are usually set up to understeer on braking and even a bit on acceleration). I only did a rough tuning, though, so I'm sure they're still pretty far from realistic. Hopefully we'll let you adjust the suspension in-game so you can set it however you want.
