Mismatch between awareness and content on the internet

The project has quite a history, with releases going back as far as 2008. Currently the activity has been rather low unfortunately, the last official release is from 2012.

And yes, the majority of content is hosted at a central place http://sourceforge.net/p/vdrift/code/HEA...rift-data/ (40+ cars and tracks).

The main motivation here is, to be able to adapt/change files and file formats more easily, as the project is in continuous development.
