Then change to first gear and go. You don't necessarily have to assign a clutch button if you are using AutoClutch, but usually the clutch button is the same as the one you use to shift gears. For instance if you use two buttons on your gamepad for shifting up and down, you would assign the same buttons to the Engage Clutch control.
