Increasing physics framerate

R1951 has collision frameskipping and approximation functionality to provide a speed boost. The default is 250Hz physics and 5 physics frames per collision check (so, 50Hz collision checks). These can be changed on the commandline with the -physicsrate and -collisionskip arguments. For example,
Code:
vdrift -physicsrate 1000 -collisionskip 10
would run the physics at 1000 Hz and the collision at 100 Hz.

With the default settings, the "Single race" mode is very playable.

The 1000 Hz rate is fun for driving the F1-02.

With the default settings everything seems fine in the M3D, and my graphics framerate has almost doubled. Looks good!
