Alright, thanks for looking into it. Sounds like it was a bit of a false alarm. By the way... I realize I'm hijacking the thread a bit, but I've managed to locate an old PPC iBook I can test with. It's got an 800mHz processor. I installed Xcode on it. Is Xcode the only way to compile or does scons work? I'm not positive if I'll be able to get VDrift running at a playable framerate, but at least I could build a test harness around the sound code and see if I can find out why it's messing up.
