Curb friction

When turning in to a corner, the tyres seem to catch on the curbs fairly strongly, causing the front end to turn in sharply and spinning the car out. I can't work out whether this is actually correct (having not been racing on a track with curbs) but it seems a little severe. Is the curb friction currently set to the same as the road surface? I think it should be lower than tarmac - the curbs are usually painted concrete and shouldn't offer the same grip as the road.<p>Cheers,<br>Toby Haynes
