Multiple start positions

This looks like just what we need! Would you like to add support for this to the track editor? If so, do you have it checked out already? Let me know and I'll add you to the commit list for that repository.

This will be pretty useful not only for AI but also network games (currently, the cars all start on top of each other there, too).
