Few comments on GUI
Can I say something about GUI ?
Is it really necessary to have a Yes / No dialog after most of the GUI commands, there are already hints at bottom saying what will happen.
Also I would recommend coloring (at least) Yes to green, No to red and Back in any color to help locating it. Btw. couldn't Back be on left side of menu, same place, not with other menu items ?

The 2nd thing is assigning keys (I usually change half of them).
Everytime I assign a key for car, I have to then also set it to Held and Down, couldn't this be automatic ? We know which car inputs, when used by keyboard, will need it.

Does the tracklist and car list have images ? Am I missing some files maybe, I have only empty rectangles.
Also it is a bit unconvenient if you want to check out many cars and tracks. This requires going through various menus and clicking a lot. (I miss the times where there were just < > arrows to change car and even track at the same screen), maybe it could be so that there are < and > buttons that change cars/track and a button on the right that will enter the page with list and image previews ?
