RE: Framerate
1. Open command prompt (cmd). Win7: Open the Start Menu, type cmd in the search box and press Enter.

2. Switch into game installation directory. I have vdrift in D:\vdrift.
2.a Enter D:
2.b Enter cd vdrift

3. Start vdrift. Enter vdrift.exe -profiling -dumpfps

4. VDrift stores logs/settings in Windows Documents folder in VDrift directory. The log is in log.txt.

What are you computer/graphics card specs. I have to check but I don't think we have anything with more than 1000-2000 verts? And 12*2000 is really not that much. But I'll check it with my old intel laptop.

About the tires/wheels. I have code to support custom meshes for tires/wheels, but it is not fully backward compatible, needs changes to car config.

Just had an idea. I will add a genrim = false option to car wheels. This will keep the backwards compatible and allow for custom meshes.

Btw you can change language in vdrift.config in Documents\VDrift directory. Set the option language = en.
