VDrift 2012-07-22a patch
A few minor issues have been identified in the release and I wanted to try out nsisPatchGen.

Fixes:
- Fix issue 96: FOV settings (normal, wide, extra-wide) are ignored in game
- Fix sound clicking when pausing game
- Increase AssignControl text background width (has been too short for 4:3 screens)
- Use shorter names in pause menu: Continue, Restart, Abort
- Fix SingleRace car damage option onmovedown target
