Do you mean high speed oversteer?

In general the behavior will depend on the car configuration(mass distribution, suspension, aerodynamics).

You can examine the simulation state by running "vdrift -debug". The interesting bits are the tire forces and the aerodynamic forces, torques as they determine the motion.

Btw you can record the run when you think that the car is behaving incorrectly and upload it. On windows replays are stored in "C:\Users\<username>\My Documents\My Games\VDrift\replays".
