Bug recording best time

There is a bug in recording the best lap value. When I'am in the middle of a lap, if I decide changing car and if the time value is under the best lap value the game record the time value as best lap.

I wondered what kept overwriting my best times with really short ones. You're right, it does this to me too...

Yeah... I've found a better way to do timing, so hopefully I'll get that into the next version.
