Testing the branch

I wanted to test the refactor branch, but compilation failed. (revision 2097, but I had the same problem with earlier revisions too)

The problem is a missing header file but

1. Scons should check all header files before compilation
2. I don't know what package I have to install

Never mind,

tar -xzf bullet-2.68.tgz did the trick
