200 degree steering wheel mode

This new feature is in the touchiness compensation menu under Options -> Joystick Devices. This is to accomodate 200 degree computer steering wheels. If you set this option the wheel will feel more like a real car (I think). Has anyone else with a steering wheel tried it? What do you think?
