GL2/1 renderer cleanup
I've been removing deprecated calls from the OpenGL2/1 renderer and cleaning it up a bit.

So, anyone running latest code, please let me know if you notice any graphical glitches. Smile

I've added vertex color and texture atlas support for particles. This should allow for more and smaller particles and better looking smoke. It will also allow to finally integrate the skid trails/marks code. And we maybe will get correctly colored dust clouds off road.

For now, please watch out for regressions. I will upload a windows build later today.

As usual, make sure to pull latest data from sourceforge.
