New controls: next/prev cam, zoom, TCS/ABS toggles
I'm finishing up adding some new controls to the game.

Next Camera and Previous Camera cycle through hood, in-car, chase rigid, and chase loose camera views.

Zoom In and Zoom Out move the camera in or out in Orbit or Free mode.

You can now set a control to turn TCS and ABS on or off during the game.

To accomodate the new camera controls I've split the Camera Controls menu up into Camera View Controls and Camera Movement Controls.

Please test all these new controls for me and let me know how well they work or if you find any bugs. All of this stuff is checked into SVN at r1502.
