Music?
Hi drifters! I wanted to ask the developers if there are any plans including music on the next release. I am interested in composing music for vdrift under creative commons licence. Are you possitive?

Sure, I'd like to be able to include music in the next release. The CC-BY-SA license would be most compatible. OGG vorbis is the preferred format.

A friend of mine told me he was interested on doing this. I think he's doing some samples this weekend. Thanks.

Wah, cool! What about copyrights(or lefts)?

It's a bit to synthy for my taste. But for me music is something very subjective. What I've really liked recently is this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9xDuIWrxaQ

Wouldn't be absolutely awesome if vdrift was like this trailer!?

The soundtrack is Mombasa by Hans Zimmer from the movie Inception. Cool movie btw.

The music was composed himself. He would register it under GPL v3 if we wan't him to compose our music. He told me to ask you what are you looking for.

That's pretty good. I think something really minimalist electronica would be good.
