small graphic glitches in refactor when not using shaders

Hi,

using the latest svn, the skybox is affected by the view distance, and as the sky is quite far away most of it is black.
But this only happens if shaders are disabled.
Also the spinning car is not drawn without shaders enabled.

I havn't found this under the refactor issues, so I decided to post it here.

I'm using Ubuntu 8.10 with a nvidia gf6600gt.
