Creating Car Parts

Hello, I'm really liking VDrift and would like to make car parts. I have a fair amount of information on some things. I know the parts system is quite far off, but I don't have very good skill in C. So really, what kind of syntax is expected in the parts files?

The parts files will basically be chunks of our car files. When loaded, they overwrite the settings for the car they are loaded on. Take a look at the .car files that come with the game and read a little about it here: http://wiki.vdrift.net/index.php/Car_files_and_formats
