vdrift Segmentation Error(core dumped)
Hi all.

I can`t run vdrift after install.

FreeBSD 6.1

> cd /usr/ports
> make search name=vdrift

Well, I'm not quite sure why it doesn't work, as I don't use FreeBSD. However you could try using the latest version from SVN which is working much better than our last release. One question, do other 3D programs work OK?

I tried the vdrift on my FreeBSD 6.2 and it works without problems (no coredump here), could you delete your ~/.vdrift directory and try again? what video card is you using? did you run vdrift time ago without problems?

Yes I deleted it but nothing changed.

I'm not sure why the checkout's not working for you. It will probably take a long time though, especially over a slow connection.

I try 2007-03-23 windoze version and it not worked too. I receive error message. Sad
Then try another computer (at work) it worked good. :?
May be it hardware problem? :?:

You might have tried the full version first, which is missing SDL_gfx.dll. See the Windows release story on the front page for more info.

So, do you know what the error message you got was? Have you tried the new FreeBSD port?

We think this might be related to the SDL_gfx.dll library being built with MSVC++ instead of the compiler we use for everything else on Windows (mingw32). We'll let you know if we get a version you can try that might fix this.

What can it mean? [BUFFER OVERFLOW FileFsVolumeInformation]
I think problem may be in Windows configuration or reaction Vdrift to "BUFFER OVERFLOW FileFsVolumeInformation".

To morning tried full installer on my computers at home and work, nothing change. }Undecided I it await.
