Wiki for documentation?

Our site has a wiki on it, using the Ewiki Geeklog plugin. I'm really considering removing this because it hasn't been updated in quite a while. I could replace it with a MediaWiki (the software that runs most wikis including Wikipedia) which lots of people are familiar with.

My question is, will some people be willing to help take over a project to document VDrift? The tasks would include:

• Copying the FAQ topics on this site to the new wiki site.
  
• Updating some of the pages.
  
• Managing the page structure of the site - how different categories are set up, how pages are named, that sort of thing.
  
• Watching for new edits, deleting any spam.
  
• Creating new pages.
  

More than one person could of course take on this task. I ask for volunteers though because I simply don't have time to fill an entire site with content right now. I am happy to set it up and help with content, though, if someone else is willing to take on the role of managing the documentation.

Do I have any takers?
