Your shell can't find the GCC C++ compiler(g++) to compile vdrift.

YaST -> Software -> Software installieren oder löschen
Filter auf "Schemata" setzen, die Schema
Grundlegende Entwicklungsumgebung
C/C++ Entwicklung
anwählen und mit "Akzeptieren" die Pakete installieren.
