I'm afraid it looks as if your card won't work for VDrift. VDrift requires that your card has multitexturing capabilities, which it seems to lack. You can see this in the line

VDrift is looking for the address of these functions with the calls to wglGetProcAddress that failed.

Sorry I don't have a solution for you. Sad Is this a built in card on a laptop or something? That makes it difficult or impossible to upgrade your card. Perhaps you have another machine you could run VDrift on?
