cant start vdrift dont know command

Try to see if that particular build installs the binary to /usr/bin or something along those lines. Try just entering the command
Code:
vdrift
and if that doesn't do anything, try
Code:
whereis vdrift
if you're still getting nothing, try
Code:
locate vdrift

I'm working on updating the Linux autopackage build setup so that we can get a new binary out, that will be updated and be easier to install than the last version. I'll also write some documentation detailing how to install it and what to do if you run into problems.
