In data R147 I made some changes to the 360:
* wikipedia says the max torque is 373 Nm, so I scaled the dyno-based torque curve up to meet the spec value
* I played around with the clutch values so the starts work better
* I played around with the racer pacejka editor and created some new tire coefficients (pretty much from scratch)
* I modified the engine inertia to make it rev a little more slowly
* I tweaked the brake bias a little bit to try to get better stopping, but wasn't very successful
