You shouldn't need to re-download the game to get it to work, it sounds like you had it working before. If it crashes that's possibly a bug. It could also be a problem with your hardware or drivers for hardware, please check that you have the latest nvidia/ATI drivers or whatever is appropriate for your card. If you know of another working OpenGL application then we can probably rule that out. Good luck, and let us know once you try it out again, and we'll try to help you figure out any problems.
