No Lap Recording in Weekend Drive

This is because Weekend Drive does not have lap sequence defined. If you open data/tracks/weekend/track.txt, it's lacking the lines that define lap sequence (timing sector). Lap counter change is triggered at timing sector 0.

Since you have mentioned this, there is another problem related to lap sequence at Spa as well. The start/finish line is not on timing sector 0 on this track. If you look at the track map, the timing sector 0 is at the red colored line. And you will notice the lap counter gets updated only when you cross this line on the track map, not the spot where you start the race.
