Strange with handbrakes

To make new cars we need either an already completed model to import, or a blueprint to create a model from (this takes a lot longer).

As for your table you can put it up somewhere on the web and link to the xls file or just paste it in like you did before, but that's a little harder to read.

One thing to keep in mind when thinking about brakes is that some of our cars' brakes are overall too weak. The way to tell is if you can lock up the brakes when trying to stop at high speed. If you're going about 60 MPH and you hold the brakes all the way down, the ABS should come on. If it doesn't, then the car's brakes are too weak to begin with, and we need to fix that before we fix the handbrake value, because the handbrake is based off the rear brake strength.
