Nuerburgring caroussel

The Nuerburgring in the game right now sucks for more reasons than just that. We'd like to find a better version of this track which we can distribute, like the one in rFactor, which alex converted (but copyright issues may prevent us from using).

if anybody wants to try to get permission to convert the track, i would be more than happy to make it available. their homepage is at http://www.rf-nordschleife.de/. the track is a lot of fun to drive on.
