Car Classes and some other suggestions.

Most racing organizations have some sort of classing system. The autocross group I race with has their own. NASA (North American Sportscar Association) has their own as well for track racing (see the Time Trial Classer for example). I'm sure there are classing systems for drag, drift, and rally as well. I think we should just try to pick a simple classing system for the game and use that...an existing one would be nice though. Then all cars could be classed based on this system, and comparisons between cars would be easy, and race groups could be built around classes.
