Hy,

You can find the information you need about adding a car in this part of the website: http://vdrift.net/faqman/index.php?op=view&t=14

There are also a few other posts about it in the development forum, you can search for them.

The basic idea is that you build a car/bike out of triangles. If the car/bike is finished you can export it with the export script to the joe format.
Then it can be used ingame.
If you need help after reading you can always come onto IRC.
