Looks like you're running Linux here, what distribution are you using?

I'm not sure why SDL_net.h isn't being found, it sounds like it should be. Check the permissions on the file, make sure there's not another package that goes with it. For instance you will probably need both SDL_net and the SDL_net-dev package (or whatever they're called on your distribution).
