Create them separately. The can be exported/packed as jpk later.

If you're adventurous, you might try the new format. See rouen objects.txt and this thread http://vdrift.net/Forum/viewtopic.php?t=...sc&start=0. It is work in progress and not supported by the importer/exporter yet. You have to create it manually.
