i'd say do an release soon, since these issues were already present in the last release and current svn is already much improved. maybe we should label it "track preview release #2" to make clear some previous features are still missing.

what i would really like to see fixed is the texture management problems that were introduced recently (i described them on the other thread, they make the whole screen go white), and occur here frequently when changing screen-related settings in the new gui....i'll take a look at it...
