camera as an object collidable with track geometry but not car geometry? (i don't know much yet, this may not be the best implementation)

if so, then i agree!

but it needs to be optional because i like to survey the tracks from all angles sometimes. i'd be alright with editing the config manually in vdrift's config file. we don't want to clutter the settings menus.
