Just haven't gotten around to reimplementing it after the rewrite, but I totally should because it really does improve the look of the cars by quite a bit.

Nope. There's definitely a path to getting something like that working (bullet supports that kind of simulation) but there doesn't seem to be a compelling reason to put in all of the effort to get something like that working, except maybe knocking over cones.
