Baixei a última versão do Vdrift (2005-10-02) e não consigo compilar. Não entendo nada de programação e não encontrei o arquivo "configure" nem mesmo um "makefile". No lugar ha um arquivo "Scontruct" que não sei para que serve. Como devo compilar este jogo? Já possuo todos os compiladores básicos e dependências descritas no FAQ. The FAQ is out of date. I will try to get it updated for the next version. We are not using autotools (configure, make etc) anymore, instead we are using SCons. See the Release Notes for this version.

ThanksIts a rly cool game. Ive compiled the VDrift-openal-2005-07-18 version and worked fine. In this last version i cant't accelerate my car. Maybe i need an analog control to do this.hudges :mrgreen:

I think we should add an option to the game that makes it load low-res versions of certain textures (i.e. scale everything that's over 256x256 down to 256x256) and save them as originalfilename_low.png, then make the texload function grab the _low versions first if the low-res texture option is on. Tks guys.Now i having another problem... heeheheIve buyed a Wheel. Its working fine in my Linux, and configured/calibrated fine in vdrift. All appears ok, but the car dont run... stay stoped. Im accelerating and the car is responding, in 1st gear, but the car dont move.What can be?

Hmmm, well this could be the problem.My wheel has a very small "axis" in the very center of the wheel that VDrift will sometimes see instead of the correct axis. This axis only tells whether the game is to the left, to the right or in the center.
