Keep orbit camera above ground

When using the orbit camera, it is easy to end up with the camera under the ground of the track model. I think it would look better and be more intuitive to constrain camera motion to keep it above ground.

camera as an object collidable with track geometry but not car geometry? (i don't know much yet, this may not be the best implementation)

if so, then i agree!

but it needs to be optional because i like to survey the tracks from all angles sometimes. i'd be alright with editing the config manually in vdrift's config file. we don't want to clutter the settings menus.

What if the orbit camera collides, but the free camera does not?
