Car selection menu

Would it be possible to make the car selection easier to use? Currently you have to click the right or left arrow many times, and then you overshoot... it's a pain. Some kind of pull-down menu or selection box might be good. Thoughts?

Thinking back to the discussion about the "variants" of cars from last week, maybe that could be implented.

Something like:

If there is a "variant" of the Mustang (SVO vs Cobra vs GT etc.) then the Mustang menu would fill out automagically.
