Yeah, I have done lots of testing and steering too hard isn't the problem...I can't even make it around the first turn without hitting the wall, or slowing down so much that i'm almost stopped. This thing should be able to turn on a dime...
After getting some tips on hinges from Sam Varner I think I've gotten the S2000 in SVN into a drivable state now. I've also changed its rear tires so that they're slightly larger and wider (as they are in real life).
We're using some of the settings from that car already. I'm not sure but if I recall correctly the model for that car was compressed/encrypted in a way that I was not able to extract it. Anyway what's so bad about the XS model in VDrift?
