Adding brake and reverse light meshes
I'm working on adding brake and reverse light meshes to cars that are missing them based on this ticket in Github: https://github.com/VDrift/vdrift/issues/23

Since I don't have SVN access, I figure this is the best place to upload the changes. CT is attached in this post.

If anyone wants to add their changes, feel free to post in this thread.
