It's coming along nicely! Just for safety, I'm checking to see if the mesh is manifold every time I do something and I'm modeling properly

The poly count is 156 right now too!

Looks like a nice clean start. It reminds me of starting on the XS. It took time but I got it fleshed out and I'm sure this car will be pretty hot when done too.

ARRRGH! The interior is so hard to model! Anyways, the car is almost done, just need to finish the tail lights and the interior and add some wheels and it's good to go.

Hi Qnev,

Very nice RX-8. Nice renders 2.
The only thing I would update if it was my model is the side of the roof and the wheel arch. I would add a few more poly's to them to give them a rounder look.
I can also give you a link to a RX-8 model I've almost finished if you like, then you can compare.

Great progress! I agree with kcid, there are some areas that could use a little more definition/rounding. If you need any help exporting it to .joe files and getting it into the game, let us know, we can help with that of course...

I just "finished" the interior and it seems to look like it should work with the model. I've done as kcid said and rounded up some things. Right now, I'm working on the tail lights and trying to get some UV Mapping done. After that, the wheels should be finished.
