Speed effects on steering option doesn't work in 2010-06-30

Hi There!

On my Mac OS X 10.6.5 VDrift 2010-06-30 works just fine excepts "speed effects on steering" option.
On previous version that I use 2009-06-15 everything was ok but now no matter how fast or slow I’m going wheels always turn on max angle even when speed effects on steering is on 100%.
Any ideas?

Currently is off but if I set it to long or short its the same full angle just with delay.

I can confirm that there doesn't seem to be any difference between 0% and 100% speed effect on steering in version 2010-06-30.

I've tried to reproduce this with the current version in Subversion. I'm unable to with my gamepad or keyboard. SP1D3R, would you like to try out the development version and see if you think it's fixed also?

I think the 6-30 release was using this algorithm:

The algorithm being used now is the same as it was in 6-30 ... Though at the time there were complaints about it not working well with keyboard, and I recall something around that time about the keyboard controls not being ready after the refactor.
