trk importer/exporter

I've been thinking about doing it in VDrift at load time. Don't want to touch the trk files. alex25 is kinda sensitive regarding this.

i was just pointing out that your script changed everything to 2-vertex mode selection. if you do come up with a good way of fixing the bezier surfaces i'm all for it.
