Need help urgently

Ive installed the game and i try to run it and the screen just comes up with the exe then the exe frezes up and goes white and not respondin
I went to the logs in the game and its said

Could not find texture: data/tex/data/cars/mustang_gt/interior.png
Could not find texture: data/cars/mustang_gt/interior.png

WTF can i do?

It also says when i start the game win32 build is not respondin or somethin do u want to send an error report . I tried to start the game on my dads comp and it did the same thing

This is odd, you have the same problem as JJP32 posted, but he's using the Apple version. Your texture size is being substituted with the data directory it seems.

Check to make sure that VDrift is looking in the right place for VDrift.config. I think this file should be in Documents and Settings\Applications\VDrift or something like that (sorry I don't know the exact place, I never use the Windows version)...

The VDrift.config should be in C:\Documents and Settings\your username\.vdrift\

make sure that the second line is

data_dir = C:\Program Files\VDrift\

where C:\Program Files\VDrift\ is the place wher VDrift is installed
probably this solves the proble
this problem should be fixed in the next version

yeh i cant seem to get it fixed so i guess i av to wait till next version when will it come out
